A:  "How do you get paid for your consulting services ?" is one of the most frequent questions I am asked. This is a logical question that businesses always want to know.  People always assume it will be very expensive to work with me, and that is not a correct assumption.  For one, the price should really not be the focus. It is the results or the return on your investment that are, and should be, the most important.  With that being said, the short answer is…it depends on how you want to work with me. This is all based on your needs and the needs of your company.

I can work with businesses on a project bases which would be an agreed upon flat fee based on the length of time and type of project.  Another way is that most of my compensation is contingent on the sales increase of the business I partner with.  So, if sales don't improve, I don't get paid.  It's that simple.  My sole focus is getting the greatest amount of profit to the bottom line of your business in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of capital out of your pocket, and with the lowest amount of human resources.  In other words, the focus is on MEASURABLE RESULTS to the increase of your revenue growth and bottom line profits!

A:  "What is the difference between your consulting services and coaching services?" There is really only 1 major difference.  In my consulting practice, I physically go into a business and work with the owners or management, provide workshops and trainings to employees or sales people, and help implement strategies and systems to maximize growth and profitability. 

In my coaching programs, I don’t physically visit your business.  Other than that, the principles and strategies to grow your business are the same.  Each coaching program or package will have a set investment cost depending on what level we work together.
I will say this, whether you are working with me on a consulting basis or coaching basis, you should know that you will receive the same great strategies, tips, and techniques to help you reach the level of financial success or freedom you want from your business.

A:  "What kinds of businesses do you work with?" is also a frequent question that I am asked.  The short answer is I work with many different businesses in many different industries and many different sizes.  There are many service, retail, professional, and internet businesses that have excellent potential for growth.  These are the types of businesses I enjoy working with the most.

Many professionals running their own practice have excellent technical skills, but want someone to help them grow their J-O-B- into a business that can operate more efficiently and generate more profits while giving the owner more freedom and flexibility to focus on growing their business or having more free time.  Some examples might include CPA's, attorneys, plastic surgeons, financial planners, dentists, doctors, chiropractors, and so forth. 

I also work with small businesses, companies, and organizations that are looking to increase their revenues and sales and take their growth to the next level.  These are businesses that are looking to create market domination and profit maximization.

The reason the spectrum I can work with is so broad is because it doesn’t matter whether you call the people who do business with you "customers", "clients", “members”, or "patients"; you are still “in the business of being in business”.  Regardless of the products or services you offer, the principles of sound business operation still apply and if you don’t use them to regularly produce a profit you’ll soon be out of business.

A:  "Is it better to work with a specialist in my industry?" Well, I don't think so.  After all, specialists apply exactly the same solution to every problem.  Many times, they become set in their ways and become stagnant or ineffective.  If you want the same answer (and results) that everyone else has, then hire an industry specialist.

I take a big picture approach when I analyze my client's market and how their business operates.  My focus is on quickly developing substantial profits. It’s about putting the greatest number of profit-dollars on their bottom line, in the shortest amount of time, for the least amount of effort, and with the smallest amount of human resources and capital expense.  I can bring experiences from other industries as well as in yours to create unique solutions in your industry and business along with a competitive edge that gets you the results you want.

A:  “What size businesses do you work with?”   The size of the business does not really matter and is determined on an individual basis.  What matters is the commitment and motivation to get the results you want.  I only work with success minded, results driven, goal oriented business owners that want to achieve a higher level of success.  I do 90% of the work for you.  All you need to do is implement it.  The systems and strategies work for businesses of all sizes.  They work for independent service providers and large corporations.  In fact, these systems have worked for giants like AT&T, Hewlett Packard, and General Mills to name just a few.

A:  “Does my business have to be local in order to work with you?” The short answer is no.  It is on a case by case basis and there are many different services and programs that are available to you.  There are two primary ways to work with me. 

  1. Consulting Services - This service is available to people and companies who will work with me in person.  I work closely with the business owners and management and frequently come to your business to go over strategies, review progress, give employee workshops, and diagnose how the business can be maximizing its growth and profit potential.
  2. Coaching Services and Teleclass/ Webinar Events - You still have access to me and receive all the support you need to grow your business the only major difference is that I won’t be visiting your business. 

Which one is right for your situation?  That depends on your needs and the needs of your business.
